Our web servers are located and managed within the
Hurricane Electric (Fremont, CA) Network Operations Centers. Raised
floors, individually locked cabinets, conditioned and back-up power,
custom designed video surveillance of every cabinet, and onsite security
measures ensures the security of our servers.
We do not outsource support to other Countries. Our technical support
and services are purely USA based.
Technically, all our web servers are connected to the Internet via
Gigabit Ethernet and multiple OC-48 connections, the latest Cisco
routers, and are backup powered via externally located diesel generators
to eliminate the likelihood of downtime by local power outages.
